I paid yesterday for the month, next payment for 26/11/2022. My account is active, nevertheless I have only 2km left.
When I try to launch new payment, error message: “already an active subscription on your account”
can someone help me to unlock the issue?

Welcome to the forums! I’m sorry that you are seeing that on your account. I have taken a look and that should be fixed now. If you’re in the app currently, please log out and back in and that message should be gone now.
