Subscription problem

Today 13 April 2020 after the trial period expired I paid 14.99 euros for the one month subscription but if I go to see in my profile it appears that the subscription expires on 20 April.
How come it lasts only 7 days? Is it a system error?

Hi @Gabriele_Taucci, same issue: Upgraded today (April, 16) and next payment in 7 days (April, 23).

Just email them by support channel and waiting an answer.

Do you have any idea or explication or response from Zwift?
