It’s still listed as event only in the Companion App, and you can’t add it to My List.
Hence why I’m asking.
I’m not saying anything about the availability of it in events or not as there will probably be hundreds of events suddenly appear using that route and folks pointing that out.
Small request probably too late to get it in game this year but next year T-rex should get a santa hat
You can ride the Strava route anytime.
Another small request…
More, and preferably custom, keyboard shortcuts.
I control Zwift mainly via Macrodeck and an old tablet, where I can make all kinds of buttons to execute commands/key-strokes.
Being able to assign more keyboard shortcuts would greatly improve the riding experience for you would just have to push a button on the tablet, instead of using a combination of mouse/keyboard on Zwift, the Companion app on my phone and my tablet. Would be nice if everything could be done from the tablet.
I will break into 2 groups: pipe dreams and realistic hopes
Pipe Dreams:
-
Makuri expansion and the climb we want
-
Garage Sale opportunity and even exchange with friends, like a marketplace
Realistic:
-
Increase level count exponentially. Say 1,000. With that comes #2
-
The routes are already IN GAME, so give many unbadged and XP routes their official status in game which will help people badge hunt and XP chase after increasing the cap. Release the “new” routes as part of ZRacing or other monthly challenges to complete/ unlock.
-
Cleanup the racing calendar too many races each hour offering different things. I wish ZRacing would work with other series to offer different ZRS bands to offer more unique blends of races.
Same here. I can easily lose or gain 2kg a week. Within a month, I can vary between 83kg and 88kg. But that’s of little consequence compared to others, since I rarely race on Zwift. I can only fool myself with this, given my less realistic training sessions. I’m not so quick to grow or shrink
But I do fully agree that there should be less cheating among those who race (not registered in Zwiftpower). Perhaps some privacy should be sacrificed? Participants’ weight, height, and heart rate should be published. Without this data, no participation in race results is possible. The choice is yours. The same goes for sprinting.
Weight and height should be shown for everyone as it used to be, it would be interesting to see how many people are zooming around at 130cm height and going uphill at 39kg. Heart rate, well that’s if someone has a HR monitor.
And these numbers shouldn’t just be for racing, should be right across Zwift. That will help to increase trust in the results.
Bring back being able to return a thumbs up from the play controllers (think it used to be the Z button).
Almost forgot one … Ban The Burrito.
I agree on this one. I was riding with Maria on one of the London courses recently and they went from 2.4 uphill to as little as 1.7 downhill. If the robopacer is 2.2 I think the dynamic range should be no more than 2.1-2.3.
I wish there was a list in this wishlist
I will make a summary at the end of the year and see if I can get it to Zwift somehow.
I already did, used ChatGPT to summarize and rank everything, then sent it to Zwift… no promises they will act on anything…
Here’s a rough “Top 10 Wishlist Features / Changes” for Zwift derived from the 2026-wishlist thread (and related community-wish threads). I ranked them by how frequently they were brought up or how many different users echoed similar ideas.
Top 10 Zwift Wishlist (Community-Ranked)
1 Customizable / Cleaner HUD & Ability to Disable Visual Clutter Many users in the thread asked explicitly for an “off switch” for the new icons/emoticons/power-up visuals, and for a modernized HUD (nearby riders panel, map overlay, segment info, clean layout). (Zwift Forums)
2 Better Search & Organization for Workouts, Events, Rides (In-game & Companion App) Repeated calls for improved in-game / companion-app search tools so riders can more easily find workouts or events. (Zwift Forums)
3 More & Better Race Types / Event Types (e.g. elimination races, points races, varied formats beyond standard races) Several responses asked for more varied race modes, not just the existing standard formats. (Zwift Forums)
4 Stronger Anti-Cheat / Fairness Measures (better policing of height/weight manipulation, suspect power data) Many community members expressed frustration with users gaming character stats (height/weight) or producing unrealistic power-to-weight ratios — calling for limits or removal from leaderboards/races. (Zwift Forums)
5 Expanded Route / Terrain Variety — More Climbs, Real-World Style Routes, Better Maps/Routes Users want more terrain variety: more mountain climbs, longer or more interesting routes, not just repeated flat-ish circuits. (Zwift Forums)
6 More & Better Social / Community Features: Chat, Post-Ride Comments, Notifications, Club Tools Some asked for improved social functionality — easier post-ride chat or comment notifications, club-related features, social interaction enhancements. (Zwift Forums)
7 More Customization / Flexibility for Events & Group Rides (for organizers): custom routes, customizable event settings, more event-creation tools Among suggestions: ability for event creators to pick custom routes, adjust event parameters, better event-management tools overall. (Zwift Forums)
8 More Saveable Loadouts, Garage / Loadout Profiles (bike / wheel / kit presets for quick changes) Riders want easier switching of bike/wheel/kit configurations — particularly useful when you have TT, climbing, aero setups. (Zwift Forums)
9 Better Course Info: Elevation/Gradient Graphs, Route Preview, More Transparent Segment Data Many note that gradient / elevation profile info is difficult to use: they want the course gradient graph, better elevation previews, more visible route/map info. (Zwift Forums)
10 Expanded Modalities / Features — e.g. support for rowing, more varied activity types, ghost riders / “carrot ghosts” / personal pacing tools Some users suggested adding other modalities beyond cycling (e.g. rowing), or features like ghost riders (for pacing), more variety in training tools. (Zwift Forums)
Additional Observations & Notes on Ranking
-
The top-ranked items (HUD customization, better search, race/event variety, fairness measures) reflect both frequent mentions in the 2026-wishlist thread and recurring interest across older wishlist threads — suggesting these are persistent community-wide desires, not just fleeting complaints.
-
Some items — like “garage / preset loadouts” or “custom routes for events” — were less frequent but still appeared in multiple threads, especially among power users or event organizers.
-
A few ideas — like adding entirely new sports modalities (e.g. rowing), or very niche features (alternate bikes/wheel presets) — show up less often overall; thus they end up lower in the ranking even if some users feel strongly about them.
Thats great. Thanks.
