2025 Pride On kit missing

I have ridden the pride on ride twice and unlocked the kit and the wheel set. Both times I had the kit and the wheels in my garage only to find them missing the next day. I have reached out to support with no solution. Has this happened to anyone else? I haven’t had any issues unlocking any other kits.

Are you logged into Zwift (not Companion) on more than one device? Because doing so makes this sort of thing much more likely to occur.

Support should be able to help you out.

I have closed everything on every device and made sure they were updated. I have contacted support but I got a we are busy and we will get to it at some point email.

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. We’re working on a known issue with the front Pride On wheel not equipping correctly after you’ve used it the first time. You can follow progress toward the fix on this other thread.

Regarding the Pride kit - when you say “missing the next day” - are you saying that Pride kit is missing from the Garage entirely, or just not marked “New?” If this - do you recall how many Pride kits from previous years have you unlocked?

For the 2025 Pride group rides, we’re cycling through Pride kits from previous years on “Throwback Thursdays” and unlocking ones you don’t own already (and also unlocking the Pride On wheel). If you owned that one already - it will be n the Garage, but not marked “New.”

Lastly - as others have pointed out already - I can see you’ve logged in to Zwift from an iPhone, an iPad, and a Macbook Air in your server logs. It’s natural to look on multiple devices to confirm, but it really does create problems We recommend you uninstall the main Zwift app from everything but your primary device to eliminate the risk of simultaneous logins.
