Pride wheels are not correct, only the back wheel is correct, front wheel looks like a standard steel rim.
Wheel display correctly if selecting from garage, but if you leave the wheels equipped and exit Zwift, when you log back in for next ride you have a mix of wheels showing.
Hi @Jon_M_TBR, welcome to the Forums! I’m Francisco from Zwift Support.
It looks like you’re running into that issue where the wheels shown in your Garage card don’t match the bike’s actual wheels—something we’ve seen before with similar setups. Could you try reinstalling Zwift to see if that makes any difference? Also, let me know if this happens with other wheel setups or just this one. Your feedback will really help us get to the bottom of it!
Same problem here. When I log into zwift the front wheel is not the disc wheel anymore. Only when you change to a different wheelset and than go back to the Pride Discs it works.
Shuji at Zwift HQ here. Thanks both for raising this to our attention. We appreciate you screncapping the exact bike you’re equipping these wheels on because that helps us see what you’re seeing. I’ve spun up a ticket to investigate.
If others are seeing this issue too - please let us know in this thread. This helps us see the volume / velocity of impacted Zwifters.
I can confirm it’s situation 2. Looks like the front wheel is set to “Zwift Classic” in the next login. Notice that in @Peter_Twigt screenshot “Zwift Classic” is also first in the list, like if it was the last selected.
UPDATE June 11
We appreciate your patience. We have identified the root cause and a fix is coming in the next game version.
When version 1.92 is available to you, select a different wheelset in the Garage, re-select the Pride On wheels. They should equip correctly after that.
