It seems that some people that I am following on Zwift companion and Strava are not showing up as being “Followed” in Zwiftpower. I am on a PC and have just noticed this but am unsure how long it has been like this. I have done all the things: unfollow and refollow, log out log in, reboot etc. Any advise please?

so when you click on friends in zwiftpower you do not see them ?
strava has no relationship to zwiftpower or the companion app
Hi @Tamara_Christina, @Rich is correct that Strava operates completely separate from ZwiftPower. The connection on ZwiftPower to Strava is to automatically upload your results, instead of manually uploading your results.
When you click on “Friends” at the top, the default tab “Results”. If you can, select the “Riders” tab under “Friends” to see if you see your friends.
It’s possible that if no one has ridden a race on ZwiftPower in a while, they may not be showing anything in the “Riders” tab.
If you’re still having issues not seeing any riders under the “Riders” tab, please reach out to our support team with some screenshots.
Oh I should have read that closer. My apologies as it’s not Strava that is in question. It’s my Zwift power friends list. I have 2 lists under riders. Riders I am “following” and “followers you are not following” The issue is that under that list of followers not following is loads that I am following in Zwift so how do I correct that?

this is from my riders lists. There are 10 riders on this list that I DO follow on Zwift. Why do they show like this on Zwift power?
I checked a few - of the ones that appear there that you do follow, they have gone through name changes of some description (Team change etc). Not sure if refreshing your profile will help, but deleting them in Companion App and re-adding should resolve (maybe?). From a processing perspective, it does make sense that the list of friends wasn’t updated regularly back when it was created/in private hands.

The same is true for me @Tamara_Christina . Friends I am following are not listed on Events page after clicking the Friend button. And on Friends tab, the “Followers you are not following” list is not correct; many I am following are listed.
@Sam.W is there a list in the background that needs to be refreshed; either by user, if at local level, or by Zwift, if at the server level? Thanks.

Thanks for confirmation @_Star_Lord that it’s not just me! Funny thing is that some of the “followers I am not following” are over a year old and some are newer. It doesn’t appear to be a “when you started following them” problem and also, I have unfollowed and re-followed to see if this corrects the issue but it does not.

Same here. I follow back everyone and all riders on my ZwiftPower “not following” list seem to be people I’m already following.

Hello All,
I have people that i follow on zwift, but that show under “Followers you are not following” while it is the case that i am following them.
As zwiftpower is now more linked to zwift then back in the days i assumed it would also fix this issue, but it didn’t. I have unfollowed and followed them again, but still same issue.
What can i do to make it work?

Following along as well. Not sure why I have two separate lists. The followers I don’t follow list is really good to see, but many of those people are friends I know I follow.
Was this every root caused? I have friends who follow me on zwift companion app but in zwiftpower I show up under the ‘Followers you are not following list’. I am also not searchable under riders tab as my name doesn’t show up for them.
We’ve tried unfollowing, confirmed that zwiftpower removed me from ‘Followers you are not following list’ section, and re-following on zwift companion app, but I show right back up under 'Followers you are not following list.
I have other new followers that don’t have the issue. I think the ones that have the issue were followers before I opt’d in to zwiftpower but not sure. Riders I am following show up fine for me and in normal location in zwift power (my account doesn’t appear to have any issue, only some followers viewing my data on zwiftpower).

Same issue. Looks like it’s been there for awhile. Seems like it would be fixable rather easily by a knowledgeable programmer at zwift.
