This has been a problem on my Friends…Riders tab since I started, 2+ years. Friends, where we follow each other, don’t show on the “Following” tab. Some appear on “Followers you are not following” and some don’t appear on either list, even though we’re both active on Zwift Power.
Same problem, still not solved. Anyone have an update on this issue?

They’ve mostly given up on ZwiftPower. I don’t think minor fixes are coming. This should be a Companion app feature.
I’ve noticed for some time the following problem which has not been resolved nor it seems reported in ZwiftPower. In the Friends/Riders section I see on the right side screen a whole lot of riders I am following who are tagged as Riders I am not following. Companion provides the correct information however the sync with ZwiftPower seem at issue here. This is problematic when trying to plan races with people you follow. It seems to happen I think when riders change or modify their name labels. I can provide a screenshot if required.
Yeah it’s been broken for years and probably won’t be fixed since the ZwiftPower service is only getting minimal maintenance. It’s been reported many times with no action.

Just updating, the rider search feature for zwiftpower is about as useful as a boat with no bottom. The rider search is garbage, you are literally given 4sec to type a name, and 90% of the time doesn’t even return a result. It is so bad that it doesn’t even list my wife as a friend NOR does she come up as a user when you search for her.
Do they even care anymore?
