I recently was in a zwift ladder race and I went and updated my activities on zwift power and the races showing but when I go to my main profile screen the event is not being shown. I have waited over 24 hours to see if it just needed to update the site still nothing. Logged out and logged back in to zwift power and zwift. Refreshed the profile on the main profile screen. If you can help me out that would be greatly appreciate it.
This sometimes happens where there is a connection blip and ZwiftPower doesn’t receive the notice from Zwift that you have finished the event.
The Ladder team may be able to add in your result manually but as they do their results on a 3rd party site, I wouldn’t necessarily expect them to do this for you.
I checked three other finishers and none of them are showing the event on their ZwiftPower or zwiftracing.app profiles either
The team captains should discuss it on the Club Ladder Discord.
My understanding is that this issue will only affect ZwiftPower and zwiftracing.app, so no vELO adjustments will happen, but in other respects, Club Ladder will still process the fixture correctly. So maybe you just move on from there.
