Zwift won't run Win10

Recently reinstall Windows 10, Zwift won’t run at all.
Computer Specs:
Microsoft Windows 10 Pro 64 bits
Intel64 Family 6 Model 60 Stepping 3 GenuineIntel ~3200 MHz
8GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce 210

It just won’t run… I mean , I have installed the Zwift.exe from download page, but when I run the desktop icon the app appears in the taskmanager but after 2 seconds it just close by it self. I have checked error from the event viewer and got this, it seems something related to .NET:

Run it as administrator… You may have to do this twice per session to get it start correctly.

What is the version of the WIn10 that is installed?

Have you downloaded and installed all Windows Updates?

Are all drivers up-to-date?

Is the account you are logged into Windows with an admin?

Is this a work computer?

According to your questions…
Windows 10 Pro
All updates have been downloaded so far, including Graphics Card (Nvidia GeForce 210)
I’ve created another account on the PC just for testing (admin rights), same result.
It is not a work computer.

Other thing I’ve done it’s to remove graphics card and test with MoBo internal video output, but didn’t work.

And the weirdest thing it’s I have another computer, same specs that Zwift is working fine ¬¬
The next thing I’m doing it’s installing Win7.

Based on the logs you’ve pasted in the above response, you will need to activate .NET Framework 3.5, which isn’t on WIN10 by default. If it’s not on your computer at all, you may need to download the framework, then activate it after downloading.

When I activated it (.net 3.5 feature) I supposed was downloaded at the same time. That’s what I think… but let me try the instructions you sent.

Just finished installing windows 7… zwift works with out a problem :unamused:. Same PC, same components, same everything except for windows version.
We are missing some configuration issue on win10 that is avoiding zwift to run as it should.

You should be able to now upgrade to Win10 (not reinstall) and it should work.
