Updated:22/10/2024
Windows 11 updated 17 January: January 14, 2025-KB5049622 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 24H2
It works with Win 11 23H2. Win11 24H2 is known to have issues, specially when it comes to network communication (WLAN/LAN)
Can you do a downgrade to Win 23H2?
First thing I would do is install the latest video driver from Intel

If you contact support they will ask you do to that before digging into the problem more so you may as well start there.
Hi Mike, I tried that and Windows won’t ;et me roll back
I already checked that and Intel states I have the latest driver. And the Driver isn’t the issue as it last changed in October 24 and everything has worked fine. Its to do with the Windows update 17 January.
You were kind enough to report your driver version and date.
The one at the link I shared is from 16 Jan and is newer. This is worth trying in case Intel fixed an issue relevant to what is going on. It is of course no guarantee of a better result but it’s easy to try it.
Thanks, On my 3rd attempt without updating the driver I got through a whole session. Updated to your linked driver this morning and everything worked again. Fingers crossed this keeps working.
Thanks for your help.
