It worked in 2021, and it still works in 2022. Ie. the bug is still here. Come on Zwift - long overdue a fix.
In 2023 the problem still exist and nothing works…very annoying
This go round appears to be a pending Windows update. I just had to update and restart and everything seemed to work fine after that.
After a reinstallation of Windows I was experiencing the black screen issue on startup as well. Found this thread, checked my display refresh rate, it was 30 Hz and I changed it to 60 Hz and it solved my problem! Thanks everyone!
Dear all,
Same problem with me, but with apple TV.
Last week everything worked perfect, but now I start zwift and have a complete black screen, but I can hear the Zwift Music.
I had to re install zwift, and after that everything worked normal.
Allready the third time I had to do this.
