Hi all,
I have been having issues just lately, over past 2-3 weeks only whereby Zwift skips, glitches, rider avatars go missing, cannot collect multiple when riding with Pacer and then have issues when saving. One ride the whole thing just froze and I lost my ride. I’m running off a Laptop with Companion App, wifi is strong and no problems anywhere else. When I ride far enough ahead of the Pacer the issues seem to go away… unless a Pacer comes the other way then the skipping starts again… very annoying! Any ideas!? I have deleted apps from laptop and also iphone, reset modem etc. and nothing working at this stage. Thanks in advance guys!

Losing the riders from their bikes is a classic sign of your CPU struggling with the load. Zwift only uses a single CPU core so if you look at overall CPU usage this might not be obvious.

How do I fix this??
There are lots of reports of problems with AMD CPUs ar the moment, unfortunately. You could try updating to the latest AMD driver to see if that makes a difference, but likely you’ll just have to wait for a fix from Zwift.
