I think i fixed the third world construction of the zwift shifter as the battery bounces around and disconnects after replacing the CR2032 battery. I cut two short pieces of scotch tape and rolled them up on both sides of the connector. This seems to hold the battery in place. Good luck out there!!!
Contact support and ask for replacement. If they say yes then you have a spare.
