Zwift’s position is it’s not compatible with the Zwift Ride smart frame. We advise you not purchase the frame if you own any of these Tacx models.
The reason is these trainers flare out in width, and in most cases, the chainstays of the Ride frame will rub against the trainer.
Interference is worsened if you’re using a trainer mat which allows the front leg of the frame to sink lower than if it sat on hard flooring.
