Is the Zwift Ride Tablet Holder compatible with a normal road bike?
Simple question!

Hard to say.
What do you mean normal road bike? Handlebars & stems these days come in numerous guises so its hard to say without knowing what you ride.
Looking at the mounting hardware in the pictures on the Zwift shop, I don’t see how it could work with a normal bike.
I have my Ribble Gran Fondo mounted on my Wahoo trainer at the moment.
Then no. It won’t fit.
Because?
You have a traditional stem/handlebar combo and there’ll be no way of fixing it without effectively drilling into your steerer tube.
That’s if it’s not been cut down which really would make it a non starter.
Look at the mounting interface. Think about what you would need to do to attach it. It would take some work.
So, how does this attach to the Zwift set up that is different from a normal road bike set up, which is what I am trying to establish. If somebody could post the fitting instructions it might be helpful, or even getting a definitive answer from a Zwift employee would be excellent!
Most of that is the assembly that allows the bars to move forward or back. The stem more or less, plus a tray for a phone. I think you’re wasting your time on this.

@Ride_Cyclery - The tablet is designed to be mounted on the Zwift Ride.
And it looks like the piece you are interested in might be fixed to the Zwift Ride stem?
Thank you, so very much. That now clarifies the whole situation form me. I didn’t realise the Zwift Bike came with half the assembly already on the bike. Thank you once again.
If you still need something to hold a tablet on e regular road bike you can use Tacx Handlebar Bracket for Tablets or Van Rysel tablet holder from Decathlon. Personally I’ve used Tacx but it had a flaw in the design. It snapped when using with tablet and water bottle. I’ve repaired it but IMO it’s just bad design.
Hope you dont mind me jumping onto this conversation but does anyone know if the zwift tablet holder fits onto a wahoo v1 bike?
