I recently bought a Swift ride
When standing, my leg goes down abruptly,even when i put a lot of résistance.
Do u have any ideas to help me ?

does it happen on both legs? thats called pedalling.

Pierre, did you get a resolution to this post? I’m having the same issue with my Zwift Ride. I’ve been using it for 3 weeks now and standing to pedal has been horrible. There is a “dead spot” of no resistance and even shifting to harder gears only works for a few pedal spins before it starts happening again. I’m not new to riding or trainers (rode a Tacx Neo for 6 years) but I can’t figure out if it’s the Wahoo’s electronic shifting or the tension bar on the Zwift Ride.

Glad to read this from an experienced rider.
They sent me a New frame and it is better.
I will not say it is perfect because i do not really know if my ryhtm cycling is good. I mean , i have to cycle with my both legs at the same rounding speed…sometimes, i stop or slow down when my left leg is coming on top.
Just ask for à New swift frame, thé wahoo is not guilty

If you’re newer to cycling, standing on the pedals can be tricky, even if nothing is wrong with the bike. Try supporting yourself almost entirely with your hands/arms first, that can help you learn to smooth out your pedaling while standing. Sometimes it’s just a matter of your pedal stroke being uneven.
