Zwift Ride pairing issue

I unboxed and setup my new Zwift Ride a few hours ago. The kicker core powered on and paired initially. I followed all of the setup videos and everything seemed fine. I left everything plugged in with the app turned on as well. I had to step away for about 90 minutes and when I came back the kicker core’s bluetooth light was not on. It was plugged in with the the appropriate cord and there is power to the cord because the green light is on. I’ve unplugged the kicker for 30 seconds, I’ve rebooted zwift and the apple computer. Still no power showing to the kicker. I got on the bike and started pedaling hoping that might wake it up. That did not work.

Any further suggestions?

Try to pair the Kickr with the Wahoo app. If that fails then you can either talk to Wahoo support or whoever sold you the system.
