So disappointed, i ordered my Zwift ride as part of my medical rehabilitation after knee surgery. Turns out, my whole zwift ride set-up got deliverd with just a quick release, everything to set up a thru axle but not the thru axle itself.
Anyone else had a similar issue? I’ ve turned every box inside out 5 times, but if no-one has ever experienced this, i might turn them inside out one more time…

Thank you for reaching out here with your question. To address your concern, the thru-axle is typically included in the handlebar box. thanks for your reply! It actually got delivered just fine. I’ll leave the post up if other encounter the same ‘issue’ because i do maintain it is slightly confusing. The thru axle is in the handlebar box, packed together with the standard pedals (that i chucked into a corner since i wouldn’t be needing them.
