Zwift Play vibrates for no apparent reason

It vibrates completely randomly, but only when I’m riding in free mode, even when I’m alone on a route (no ride-ons or achievements). When I’m doing a workout, nothing vibrates.

The latest firmware is installed and I’m using Zwift Play on Zwift Ride with Kickr Core and iPad Pro.

I tried to calibrate Zwift Play… after switching on the right and left Controller, the Z Button flashes blue.

When i press the Z and A Button for 5s, nothings happens, the Z still flashes blue.

Same on the left side when i click the left and right arrow togehter for 5s.

Firmware is 1.2.0

What can i do?

If you’ve already tried the controller reset by holding down the big Z button for 30+ seconds, then you contact support and see if they want to replace them

Already did. Nothing changed…

Zwift Support will send me a new handlebar.
