My right side Zwift Play controller is always vibrating. The only way to stop it is turning haptics off.
Tried repairing, disconnect and connect but the problem maintains
You should contact support since you may need them replaced. I haven’t heard of a fix for that issue. May be caused by moisture.
If you do find a solution please report back.
Zwift support told me to “gently pressing and holding the big Z button for 30 seconds on the affected controllers, this should restart the unit completely.”. That worked for now and the constant vibration stopped.
