Zwift Play shifting gears stuck

This is the third time. This problem occurs with my zwift play controllers. Gear get stuck in the 24 gear. The last two times zwift had to send new zwift play controllers after we had made several unsuccessful attempts to resolve the problem.

This time as previously I tried to open an incident with support. But this time I got no response. I opened it through the chat that asked me to send an email with the details. The situation was submitted successfully. And I expected nothing less than an automatic email announcing the opening of the incident. But I don’t have any answer. Support appears non-existent at this time.

I need to know if my problem has reached the support.

I have one thing to add. The problem started to occur in exactly the same place that ocuur last time, At the end of the climb. keith hilll.

I contacted support last Wednesday and have had absolutely no response so far. The only way to contact support after chatting is to send an email which ends up with no one to respond. This isn’t working. We won’t go far. this way What’s going on?

Unfortunately support are very busy and you just need to wait for them to get to you. Don’t send chasing emails as we’re told that can put you back further in the queue. If you’re lucky someone from support might pick up your query from the forum and contact you directly.

The problem is that I didn’t receive any confirmation email. I don’t know if I’m in any queue. If people don’t get anything back, it’s normal for them to try to reach support more often.

It’s far from ideal, but you just need to sit tight and wait.
