How do I get through to support?

Done a chat with Bot and just asks me if I have a Q about supported devices I say no, and goes round in a circle…type question…which is

Zwift play right controller malfunctioning…locked on brake last night…turned braking off and now not steering. Firmware and game software updated and retested. Left controller still working.

Do you have a question about supported devices…no…no…no

sounds like sweat got into the controller and broke it.

continuing to tell the chat bot “no this didn’t help” should let you email support after 3 or so “no’s”

you don’t consider the Zwift Play a supported device, or you don’t have a question?

Think my question was too specific for the bot…went more simplified and got to the email bit after 4 no on the does this help!
