Support? What Support

For a long time your login to the support site has not worked. No message, no error nada. Ok no worries lets email ‘support’. What a joke. nobody responds, oh wait somebody did and asked for more info which was send repeatedly more than 2 weeks ago.

And you system status is also a huge joke. Probably hardcoded since it is ALWAYS green yet this evening I could not join my event, but not to worry, all is well with your system. Ok now cannot wait for some ****** to tell me it is my pc, network, lack of sleep or diet that causing it.

Just keep in mind that many companies are having trouble dealing with the quarantine right now. Zwift has been having increased demand as well as potentially having staffing shortages due to the pandemic.

What problems are you having? Perhaps the forum users can help?

Funny that I post something on the forums and three people from Zwift can respond immediately.

It is nothing the forum users can fix. It is a problem directly related to their systems.
