Sometime during the last two updates, Zwift play notification and response to Ride Ons has changed. It still displays a ride on message but doesn’t give you the option to response with button Z. I can press and hold button z for a ride bomb but when an individual sends a ride on, I don’t have the option to send one back immediately to that individual. Can you please correct this functionality? Thank you.
I’ve had this also this morning. Game version 1.74, windows 11. All other function’s are there, just the return a ride on wasn’t working.
I’ve noticed the same, it worked prior to the recent update and now seems to be gone.

I am also experiencing the same. For me, the Z and Y buttons seems to be non-functioning now. 
Hi folks, thanks for raising this.
We’re currently working on some visual improvements to the “Return a Ride On” prompt, and it was temporarily removed while this is in development. In the meantime, if you press the (Z) button on your Play or Ride controllers after receiving a Ride On, you will still return a Ride On as before. The revised prompt will return in an upcoming game update.

@Connor_Gregg Just to confirm, are you unable to use the Y button to activate a Power-Up?
Hi Evan, thanks for reaching out! Yes that is correct. I did, however, log in later in the day and both buttons worked fine. I’m hoping it was a one off issue! I did email support about this and another issue with my Zwift Ride crank, but have yet to hear back.
