I have been runnng Zwift for a number of years now on my Dell Alpha R2 computer (7 yrs old) with Wahoo Kickr trainers from v. 4 to the v. 6 that I currently have.
I also have both the Zwift Click (purchased 1st) and the Zwift Play Controllers (which I now use exclusively). These have functioned fabulously with this older computer and all the various version of the Wahoo Kickr.
However, I decided to upgrade my computer (this past week) and now have a locally built computer with much higher end specs on which I have successfully installed Zwift. And Zwift now comes up much faster and I even gained the 15 sec video clip icon in game! So far so good!
Sadly however, I have not been successful in getting my Zwift Play controllers to show up in the configuration screen so I haven’t been able to ride ‘as I normally do’ with shifting and directional control! I really thought that the newer, higer end computer would work out of the box, but alas, no.
I ride daily and also race every Thursday in the weekly TTT and not having shifting and directional control means I’m a no go. So, this is a must have for me!
Thanks for any help you can provide.
FYI… I have read as many posts as I could find in trying to find a solution but no joy thus far.

FYI, some built in bluetooth antennas are really crappy, so it might just be a bad part with not a lot of range. What happens if you place the play controllers right next to the PC? If they connect when really close, maybe it is just the antenna inside the PC.
I have encountered new PCs recently which had terrible onboard Bluetooth performance, all cleared up instantly after disabling the adapter in Device Manager and using a TP-Link UB400 on an extension. Lots of other acceptable dongles out there as well.
