Zwift on PC freeze after login

Hi,

I have a problem with the Zwift on Windows. The ZwiftApp.ext freezes just after login when it’s showing the main menu.

I’ve tried uninstallation with deleting the zwift folder in the Documents, but nothing has changed.
I’m a new comer of the Zwift, so I don’t know it worked in the previous version.
Also, I tried on the MacBook Pro, which has an M1 processor, and it worked well, but I’d like to use my Windows machine.

My computer’s spec is:

  • OS: Windows 10 22H2 19046.3448
  • CPU: Intel Core i7-7700K
  • Memory: 32GB
  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER
  • Display: 4K 144Hz

I am having the same issues. If I am lucky and get to the screen that allows me to choose my sources, I can say Skip and it will take me to the main screen. But anytime I attempt to pair, it locks up or gets very slow again.

I created a local user, and Zwift worked well.
However, I don’t still know why it doesn’t work in the main user.
