is there a quality difference between an Aplle TV 4k and an iPad Pro of the latest generation?

My question is in the direction of chip performance Apple A10X Fusion vs. Apple A12Z Bionic?

Is the experience with A12Z better? More frames per second? More details in Zwift? Etc…

There is a new apple TV likely coming next week with a better chip in it. Hopefully will mean better/smoother output.
