I have been using zwift for half a year and it has always been normal. After successfully logging in today, it will not continue to run. The Apple M1 computer I am using is the latest system, and the input method is Apple’s own. Hope to get help.
I have not seen this problem on my M1 Mac (using the U.S. English keyboard settings) but one thing I notice is that your system is running the ZwiftApp executable whereas mine runs ZwiftAppSilicon at the point where it’s logging in, so that seems a little odd if you have an M1 CPU. I can’t tell you how to fix it, but the things I would try are:
- Reinstall the app (Re-Installing Zwift)
- If that doesn’t help, try setting the keyboard to U.S. English and see if it behaves differently.
- Contact Zwift support and have them look at the log file. (Locating Log Files)
