Zwift not syncing one workout to garmin

I did a zwift ride today and for some reason it did not sync to my garmin connect app. Zwift is already connected to my garmin and all of my other workouts have transferred well. How can I push this one workout to garmin?

Go to zwift.com, go to your feed. Choose your activity, click on the gear icon. Then you will see your fit file and download it. Then you should be able to download that to Garmin connect. @Kate_Hen
