Zwift not syncing to Garmin

Hello,
getting back into zwift and have noticed my rides (zwift) not syncing across to garmin. my zwift is fine with strava and its fine and i have my garmin acc linked with strava also but still nothing so not sure what is going on. i have already tried disconnecting and reconnecting which has not helped. anyone with any experience with this know how to fix this issue?

If you go into your Garmin account information (e.g., from Garmin Connect, click your profile photo, then choose Account Settings → Account Information), is Activities sync enabled? For whatever reason, I recently had this disabled after reconnecting my Zwift account with Garmin.
