Zwift membership activated with my iphone but not recognized on PC

I just reactivated my Zwift membership with my iPhone.
I am using Zwift with my PC and it’s like my account do not recognize that I paid my membership with Apple… I am still on Free trail on my PC.

What should I do?

Renewal problems are very common when paying via Apple. It’s best to never do that unless you really need to.

If you run the game on your iPhone, is the subscription recognized there?

If you reach the end of the trial period, you may find a “restore purchase” button that will fix it. If not, contact support.
