Zwift Keeps crshing during workout

Zwift keeps freezing while workout out, and won’t recover, the computer still works but zwift just freezes. Zwift is all up to date along with windows.

Any Help?

Can you provide more details about your setup? Please refer to this post:

What trainer? How are you connecting? What other devices are you using?

when i try to run the igxpin it says that operating system is not supported? even though its 64 bit

Are you on Windows 11? The driver is for Windows 10 only I’m afraid.

damn it, yeah only just updated the other week. any other fixes I could try?

Not at the moment. If there’s not that much for you to set up again, I’d just roll back to Win10 tbh.

connected to Wahoo Kickr, Wahoo Cadence and Garmin premium HRM. All on in built PC Bluetooth. As it keeps happening frequently I have no other programmes open on my computer

I’ve now downgraded to windows 10 and it still says not supported when I right click and say run as admin.

Not sure what to suggest then, it apparently works for others. Have you unzipped the files fully? Only other solution is to use a different device for Zwift.

after a little bit of fiddling and uninstalling some things got the old driver to install and I think it worked, did a 45min ride today no issue at all
thank you
