Yep. I can’t calibrate my KICKR SNAP anymore. Lost 15 minutes on a workout trying to troubleshoot it.

I have the same issue too. It has been over a week and a half since I informed zwift of this issue… So far, nothing has changed. Very disappointing…

Same here, Kickr Snap (Ver. 1), via iPad IOS, new firmware still did not correct issue.

Go to the App Store for new Zwift update, apparently that fixed the issue, I haven’t tried it yet

Guys, my avatar dont’t move, but the cadence and velocity sensor are been read by bluetooth. Is the same problem are you facing ?
