All the cheap spin bikes are really bad. The Zwift Hub is a far better trainer in terms of accurate power measurement, automatic resistance control for either terrain simulation or ERG mode workouts. They’re really not comparable at all. Whether the spin bike is acceptable will depend on what you intend to do with it. Power based workouts will not be feasible. If you just want to get on and ride and don’t care about workouts or racing then it might be OK. I have no experience with that particular bike. Many cheap spin bikes that claim Zwift compatibility are only marginally compatible if at all. Zwift doesn’t give any blessing to those claims.
