Zwift Hub bluetooth is failing - how to replace equipment

my zwift hub bluetooth keeps disconnecting from my iPad.
did all the trouble shooting and nothing works.
attempted to contact Zwift, but the “contact-us” button is just an image on the website.

how can I get a hold of Zwift to get a replacement Zwift Hub?
