Hi, I bought the Zwift headphones but missed out on some of the events that unlocked them in game.
It would be a cool feature to unlock the headphones in game for those that buy the actual headphones.
Since Zwift doesn’t sell the headphones, they would need the seller to provide the Zwift IDs of the buyers. That’s how the recent Rapha Women’s 100 event was supposed to work - Rapha collects a list of IDs and provides it to the Zwift events team who unlock the kit. They don’t have an automatic way to know who bought the headphones.
You could also try contacting Zwift support to see if they want to unlock them for you. I don’t know if they will. If that doesn’t work, you will probably find them available in some upcoming event. They have been available in both 2024 and 2025.
I just noticed there are a bunch of workouts over the next few weekends that unlock them, so I’ll just do that.
Seems like they should have a way to include an unlock code or something.
