During the last five minutes of my two hour ride someone took control of my mouse and tried to get into my windows run program. I tried to take back control of the mouse and save my Zwift ride however I was forced to immediately shut down my laptop. Has anyone else had someone take over their computer during a Zwift ride? What do I need to do to protect myself?
This is almost certainly nothing to do with Zwift. It sounds like malware has found its way onto your laptop, and it just so happens that you were using Zwift when some nefarious party tried to hack you.
Download the free version of Malwarebytes on another computer, and ensuring the laptop in question is NOT connected to the internet, install and run it.
