Phased rollout for game version 1.93 begins today to macOS/ Windows / Android machines.
Phased rollout to iOS and tvoS devices begins tomorrow.
Added 5 new metrics that can be selected in the in-game HUD: CORE Temperature, Heat Strain Index (HSI), Weighted Power (WP), Left/Right Power Balance, and Average Speed. Customize the metrics you see from the settings screen under the HUD tab. Read more about it here.
To get L/R balance data, pair to a device that broadcasts independent L/R power to third party apps like Zwift. If supported only within their own software ecosystem, L/R Power Balance may not work with Zwift. This connection MUST happen over Bluetooth.
Added a new Ride Stats side panel with Critical Power and two additional configurable fields that can be selected in-game via the settings options under the HUD tab.
You can now easily tell whether youâve earned the route badge for the currently selected route by looking at the icon next to the route name below the mini-map. The white icon indicates that you have not yet earned the route badge, and the green icon indicates that you have already earned the route badge. If a route does not have an accompanying badge, this icon will not be shown.
Your first Zwift indoor ride after an external activity earlier in the week will now show the streak screen and grant the XP bonus.
For the Americans: Fixed an issue that could cause Climb Portal cards in the Home Screen to only show distance in metric units.
Fixed an issue that could cause Zwifters to get stuck on the Tour Of Tewit Well route in Yorkshire if riding at low power levels.
Android: Improved the appearance of workout arches.
iOS: Fixed a crash that could occur when taking screenshots in rapid succession.
Mac: Fixed an issue that could cause the background of the top-left HUD section to be transparent.
Mac, Apple TV: Stability improvements.

UPDATE July 22
Version 1.93.2 phased rollout is complete to all platforms.
Nice! In the summer my first activity on a Monday is typically an outdoor ride in the early morning, so I was often missing out on the XP bonus when I rode in Zwift later in the week.
Per @Eric-Schlange-ZI âs post â Two additional metrics, Average W/kg and Average Speed, will be added very soon. They were initially included in this weekâs release, but a bug was found in final testing.â
Adding the new data options (L/R, heat, etc.) is good. But the additional âride statsâ area is just two more spots but in a new rectangle for the exact same list of data fields you can pick for the four-square at the top left. Seems this couldâve been done more cleanly.
Broader issue than just 1.93, Iâve had the opportunity to do fresh Zwift installs a couple of times this week (computer stuff, completely unrelated to Zwift) and it seems that some of the settings (from the settings menu) are carried over but most arenât. It would be nice if that whole section was saved so next time I reinstall I wonât have to go in and turn off workout pain effect and video screenshots and turn it back to full screen and 2160p resolution and 100% TD.
My understanding is itâs implemented in a proprietary way so Garmin can charge for access to it in their app and keep it in their ecosystem. Are you aware of third party apps that have worked around that? That would at least show that itâs possible or maybe could be licensed.
Can you just list what specific devices will work? Probably take less text than this.
Since ZHQ is working with Garmin on things like virtual shifting how long will it be until a major manufacturer is included with this basic functionality?
