Zwift freezes mid ride on Windows 10

Hi everone,

During the last few times that I tried to use Zwift to train, Zwift randamly froze. This happens constantly after around 15 to 20 minutes. The program will freeze and you can not do anything to get it working again. My computer has the following specs:
Intel Core i7-1065G7 with Intel Iris Plus graphics
8GB RAM

The final few lines of the log file give:

Has anyone encounterd these kinds of errors before? Already lots of thanks for your help!

None of those messages are relevant to the issue, which seems to be with newer Intel integrated graphics like yours. You’re not alone, see here: Zwift Crashing/Freezing Mid ride

Unfortunately it’s just a case of waiting until Zwift fix it.

Lonneke, your Zwift log shows that your Zwift has lost incoming traffic from both UDP servers. This is definitely not supposed to happen (even though in theory should not make Zwift freeze). What is the signal strength of your wi-fi near the computer which runs Zwift, and what firewall are you running on your computer? Are there any TCP errors in your log before these last lines?

Returning back to the freezing Zwift, such things seem to be more likely related to computer software and hardware. It looks like you have a new computer. It never hurts to check if you have the latest drivers for your graphics and think if you may have installed new software around the time when these issues started (or if this correlates with a Zwift update). I’ve read stories that re-installation of Windows and/or Zwift (reinstallation means full uninstall and then install, not just another install over the existing copy) had helped in similar cases (this also resets all drivers and eliminates possible system errors).

I have the exact same problem with same log messages but it’s not all the time. Was running fine then one day i had 20 - 30 second drop outs. This week it has frozen completely twice mid race and there is nothing i can do except exit the program.
