Zwift freeze multiple times at 40 min 10 sec

Hi there,

In the past few months, about every 10 cycles, the zwift freezes, the image gets stuck, and the PC does not respond to anything. I can only revive it with a hard reset. Today it happened again, and I noticed that it freezes exactly after 40 minutes and 10 seconds every time. The configuration is more than sufficient to run the program. All drivers are as up-to-date as possible. Has anyone encountered this problem? Was it somehow resolved?

The answer depends on the details of your PC specs. What is the CPU and GPU in that machine, and how much memory does it have?

I’d not worry, it becomes extremely irritating 23 hours and 20 minutes into a 24 hour ride.
