Zwift Frame (and cog) with Elite Direto XR-T

Hi all,

I just got my Zwift frame with the Zwift Cog. I have an Elite Direto XR-T Trainer a would like to install the cog instead of my old cassette (Shimano 105). But how do I do this? My direto has a fixed installed free hub. Do I need to remove the free hub? Or do I need to change it? The firmware update I did. I’m struggling with installing the cog. Looking forward to any experiences.

Elite has a video that describes removal of the freehub

Since you have already removed the cassette from the freehub body, you could also do the same with the Zwift Cog and install it on the freehub that’s already on the trainer.

Hi Paul, thanks for the idea and that sound logical. Do you have a video for the removal of the Zwift cog free hub? I couldn’t find one.
