I tried to contact you but your contact-us page says “whoops page doesn’t exist”.

hi @Patrick_Wills, I just logged into my feed and it seems to be working just fine, then I went to support and hit the contact us button and the chat box opened up… I’m not seeing any issues as you describe. Are you logged in when you go to zwift.com?
opens the chat bot for me, but I’m not in the UK, maybe try changing your region?
Looks like a you, or UK problem,… works fine here in Canada
Yeah I mentioned this a few days ago. It’s this link. Returns 404.
Feed page works for me, but that contact us link seems to be dead.
That page comes up for me when I’m not logged in to Zwift dot com.

Doing some testing myself, zwift.com/feed seems to be working for me! But it’s true that I’ve gotten that screen when I’m not logged in to the website. Does this happen to you even if you’re already logged in to your account?
Also, to contact us, this is the most reliable link in my opinion. You can actually find it pretty easily if you go to Google and type “Zwift Contact Us” it should be the first option to pop up.

You have to be logged in to see what’s on your zwift.com/feed page because that serves information specific to an account.
That does not explain why the page returns an error or why the contact us link at the bottom of the support page returns 404. If login is required for the feed to show, prompt for login.
