Having issues with this error, I have this error pop up every couple of months” Could it be a windows update?” I’ve tried everything I’ve followed all the forums and now i can’t get it to work. Before some of the previous forums fixed my problem but I’ve been working on it 3 days now. Can not figure it out.

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. Are you an seeing an error code like Z104, ZL08, or ZG121? Those numbers can be useful to diagnose the specific issue, but a common thread is a problem with write permissions on your Documents folder.
If you sync the Documents folder to OneDrive, Google Drive, or some other cloud-sync service, that will also mess with Zwift’s ability to write to the Documents folder. You might try pausing the auto-sync before you Zwift as a workaround to that.
That might give you a good place to start. I’d also recommend you contact our Support Team tech experts if that doesn’t jog your memory. There’s many more of us helping offline, and a much smaller group here on our forums.
Its not giving me a Error code.
“There was an error accessing your Documents Folder. There was also an error trying to create a Zwift folder on you desktop as a fall-back. This means Zwift can’t save any files. Please Contact Zwift Support.”
