Yes I did the clean uninstall/reinstall. I just did it again and verified the issue is with the launcher.
I’m not sure what the problem is but Zwift does offer a procedure to reset the launcher, which is not covered by the reinstall process.

I’ve an AMD Ryzen 5-5500U with integrated graphics and my zwift freezes, becomes unresponsive and I need to close, I have 16gb RAM and zwift is using 12 of it? And the GPU is maxing out
First time it was after the 1.76 update, since then I can ride 2h before it freezes
I did all the things that the zwift ambassodors said I should try but no effect, do you maybe know the answer?
What was their recommendation? The two things I would do first are get the latest driver directly from AMD, and disable video screenshots in Zwift settings.
That does seem to help some people, such as in this other topic. I imagine it became necessary due to a change in Zwift but so far they have not commented on that.
I’ve updated AMD drivers, updated Windows, clean reinstalled zwift, decreased ghaphics to 720p, checked the udp and tcp ports, turned off video recording, turned as much settings I could find to max performance
I’ve send them log files and crashrepports
All these things make it last longer before it freezes but doesn’t solve it
I don’t understand why they recommend 4gb RAM and zwift, on my laptop, is using 12gb
