Zwift crashing when saving and deleting

Hello, I know this topic has been discussed before.

I want to run Zwift from a new laptop.

I’m running Windows 11 on a Lenovo with an AMD Ryzen 5 5625U 16GB RAM and Radeon Graphics.

When I start Zwift and go to “Just Ride,” everything starts fine, including communication with Kickr and the heart rate monitor. I can go back to “Delete” or “Safe Ride” using menu or Esc key.

Zwift crashes here.

I’ve already tried:

- Disabled screenshot features in Windows

- Disabled screenshot features in Zwift

- Restart.

- Reinstall.

I haven’t found a working solution on the forum yet.

Already tried latest Radeon drivers?

Other standard suggestions include disabling OneDrive, removing any anti-virus software other than Microsoft Defender

I haven’t heard any other reports like this recently

I have tried all the options above and am still stuck.

You should contact support, tell them the details about everything you have tried, and ask them to look at your game logs
