Zwift crashing on launch

Hi,

Just signed up to Zwift and I’m trying to just do an intro ride via my laptop. Everytime I go to start the ride the programme crashes. Unsure if my computer can cope with it or not. I’ve looked at previous discussions and I can’t figure it out. These are my computer details. I’m using the latest zwift app (only just downloaded it) and my windows computer says it’s all up to date.

Because you have integrated graphics that use system memory, you actually have less than the minimum recommended RAM for Zwift. I can’t swear this is why it’s crashing but to bring it up to spec you would need to add memory.

You should also consider disabling video screenshots in settings to reduce the demands on your system.
