Good afternoon. Today after doing the workout of the week on a NY new route, I’ve tried to join an Unlocked Tour event Stage 4. After starting the Zwift program on Windows 11 as usual, I’ve entered in a sort of endless loop of trying to pair devices and crashing just after that. Would anyone be so kind to help me on this particular subject? I read the ANT+ and BLE Zwift articles, doing the do, but unfortunately I was completely unable to enter again. Have you tried it with the ANT+ adapter removed? There have been some previous issues with performance problems caused by that. If that’s what this is about, pulling it out, rebooting, and putting it back in might help.

Yes. I did. But, sadly the issue remained the same
