Zwift Crashing >50% of the time since most recent update

Crashing occuring on startup since most recent (Dec 2025) update. I am using MacBook Air 8.2
Processor Name: Dual-Core Intel Core i5
Processor Speed: 1.6 GHz
Memory: 8 GB

macOS Sonoma 14.8.3 & Zwift is updated: v 1.104.3

Today: Logged onto either sleeping or shutdown laptop. Connected devices (WAHOOO Kickr Core 2 and Wahoo Heart Rate monitor TICKR FIT), Zwift connected. Selected D Taylor 1.1 ride and Zwift crashed. Rebooted laptop. Restarted Zwift. It got stuck on blue screen. Looked for solutions in Zwift Forum. Looked for crash log or anything that would give me a clue as to what is going on. Not finding anything helpful. I just wanted to ride!

Contact support and ask them to analyze your logs

Logs live in Documents/Zwift/Logs

TY! Done. I sent request but couldn’t attach the log.txt files (txt unsupported type).

Any idea if I was supposed to get a confirmation email from my support request?I have no way of knowing if the support request was conveyed. I didn’t see an email and haven’t heard from support yet. (I realize its a holiday week).

This is a very busy time for support with all the new users joining this time of year, so you may just need to be patient.

Alternatively could you use a different device while you wait? An iPad or iPhone perhaps?
