Zwift crashes during workouts - black screen [February 2024]

Hi,

Zwift has been crashing randomly during workouts for a few months now.
The screen just becomes black and then pops away.
When I restart the app everything is gone.
I was hoping this error would go away, but it doesn’t.
I’m not very good at ICT so I would appreciate help.

My laptop is an Acer Aspire AV15-51.
Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i7-1195G7
Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics
Windows 11 Home

I have a saved crash log from my most recent crash.
But I don’t know where to upload it.

There are more reports about problems with Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphic, for years. If support can find a solution it would be great to post it in the forum.

@Niels_Maebe_DBM - have you latest drivers for the graphics installed? Look at Intel directly.
