Zwift crash on laptop after last update

Hello,

Since the latest Zwift update, Zwift no longer starts on my Dell Latitude 5580 running Windows 10.

The application starts, displays the splash screen and promotional screens, then closes unexpectedly without any error message.

System information:

  • Dell Latitude 5580

  • Windows 10

  • Intel HD Graphics 520

  • Intel driver version: 27.20.100.9171 (01/08/2021)

Troubleshooting already performed:

  • Complete uninstall of Zwift

  • Manual deletion of Zwift folders

  • Fresh download of the installer

  • Complete reinstall and update

  • PC reboot

  • Antivirus disabled for testing

The issue persists.

Windows Event Viewer reports:

  • Application: ZwiftApp.exe

  • Exception code: c0000005

  • Faulting module: ZwiftApp.exe

Additional information:

  • The same Zwift account works correctly on another Windows PC.

  • Zwift was functioning correctly on this Latitude 5580 before the latest update.

  • The problem appeared immediately after updating Zwift.

Could you please advise whether this is a known issue with Intel HD Graphics 520 systems or if additional diagnostic information is required?
